Diploma as Transmedia Games Director


FABW is a movie academy with an important animation institute in it, the Interaktive Medien course I attended was focused on interactive disciplines and transmediality and we worked side by side with the animation students.
The studies were "learn by doing" oriented.

PROJECTS:

2015: APOLIDI I

Documentary shot by myself in Rome. I lived on the street with the homeless of the ancient city.
It has been an experience that changed my weltanschauen

 

2016: Seeking the Void

Group project where I covered the programmer role, the game is an experimental puzzle-platformer based on optical illusions. My first programming experience


2017: VR Pigeons

VR game I made as a solo developer. The player has to play a pigeon and his role is to eat as much bread as he can, in order to act he has to shake his head as the silly bird.
The game was presented to few festival, I'm proud I could present it to the bizarre game festival A-MAZE in Berlin


2018: SCAN

My Diploma project. I decided to dive into electronics and built an haptic sequencer and a clock machine to be used with analog synthesizers. It was my first experience at designing analogue electronics


2018: GRAVEDAD

Animation short by Matisse Gonzales for which I wrote and recorded the soundtrack. The short movie won plenty of prizes


This are the most relevant projects I worked on, there are also plenty of little interventions on other projects such as consulting, 3D modeling, music, game assets and support on movie sets.

2012-2013: BIGROCK - MASTER IN COMPUTER GRAPHICS

Private course 


BigRock is a private CG school with an intensive 8 hour day course, They teach me to use Maya and the Adobe suite.

2022-Now: AR Developer at Headraft

Headraft is a company that develops interactive commercials, interactive installations and social network AR filters.

 

My role is to code and with use of generative graphics put together these small applications and to communicate with designers and clients the technical possibilities and limits.



2021-2022: WORK AT ZURU TECH AS "TECH ARTIST"

The company is actively developing a BIM software for the design and production of prefabricated buildings using UnrealEngine


Over solving complex shaders and debugging visualization features I leaded the software developement of a VR B2B experience made in Unity having customers watching products in the visors and sellers controlling the HMDs with an Android Tablet for Zuru Toys


2019-2021: SELF-EMPLOYED MEDIA ARTIST

FALL 2019: FACTORY WORKER AT LIMES


I worked in a factory in order to solve some bureaucratic issues I had for which I need an employed job, I discovered an unknown world and was an interesting experience after all.

The factory produces acoustic insulation panels for offices.
